SYNC is game changing technology, constantly evolving with exciting features positioning the Ford and Lincoln Mercury brands as the automotive technology leader. After months of successful testing, the software upgrade for 911 Assist and Vehicle Health Report is near completion. Through a simple, free download Dealers will be able to upgrade early SYNC equipped vehicles with these exciting new features. Approximate release date is set for early March. A new suite of SYNC services were revealed to the public at the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show in January.
